Snowshoeing Weekend Adventure

Embrace the fun of the freshly fallen snow with a snowshoeing weekend adventure. Don’t worry if you don’t have your own snowshoes as we will provide them for you. This snowshoeing self-guided program allows you to explore on your own time and at your leisure. This program offers use of Saunders Finger Lakes Museum snowshoes for three evenings, with pick up from the SFLM office in Branchport by Friday at 5pm and return to the SFLM office by noon on Monday.

Snow + snowshoes = a great weekend of chilly thrills!

Snowshoes are sized according to weight limits as listed below. This will determine your ticket upon check-out.

Kid: Weight limit up to 80lbs, do not come with poles

Youth: Weight limit up to 120lbs, do not come with poles

Women’s LL Bean pathfinders: weight limit 120lbs-200lbs, come with poles

Men’s LL Bean pathfinders: weight limit 180lbs-250lbs, come with poles

Unisex MSR Evo snowshoes: weight limit up to 180lbs without tails and 250lbs with tails, come with poles

Available for pop-up snowshoeing from January 6th – March 16th.

NOTE: No self-guided snowshoeing on February 3rd due to SFLM program.
