Join Adam Dwyer as he puts you through the paces of interval training. Adam has paddled 10 of our lakes, and can paddle Keuka Lake in a day – that’s 54 miles! He has participated in the Paddle Keuka every year we have had it (and has won his age category several of those times!) so you will be getting tips from a pro! His energy and enthusiasm are infectious, his paddling skill is impressive and we are sure you will be a better paddler after even just one session.
Time: 5:30 to 7 p.m.
